APPLEBY JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL
The old Coffee High School building became the Appleby Junior High School when the upper grades moved to the new location. It was named for F.T. Appleby who served as superintendent of teh Florence schools from 1917 to 1932. The Appleby Junior High School absorbed the Florence Junior High School which was built in 1936 on the lot adjoining the original Coffee High School.
