At the residence of the bride's parents at this place on last Thursday night,
Mr. HENRY C. HARRIS and Miss LEILA RAMEY were united in the holy bonds of
matrimony. Hon. WALTER H. MATTHEWS, officiating. The groom is one of Hamilton's
most moral, sober, and reliable young business men and in his section of
a partner for life has acted wisely. Miss LELIA is one of Marion's fairest
and most intellectual young ladies. May their lives be one of unalloyed happiness
and may their bark on the sea of life never encounter one wave of trouble
or disappointment but may it said smoothly across and finally be anchored

ARMSTRONG - REID
The wedding bells are swinging preparatory to sending out their merry chimes
in this vicinity. Dame rumor says that J. C. ARMSTRONG will lead Miss ICY
REID to the altar next Sunday and the writer knows of several who are saying
"I wish it was me," but we can only say , do not mourn, your time will come

RICHIE - LEWIS
There was a quiet wedding at JAMES WIGINTON'S, about a mile from Hamilton,
on last Saturday night. The contracting parties were ALEX. J. RICHIE and
Miss METTIE LEWIS. We wish the young couple the best of luck for the future.

MONTGOMERY - RIGGAN
Mr. WALTER MONTGOMERY and Miss NORA RIGGAN were married last Tuesday morning
at 7 o'clock at the residence of the bride's father Mr. JESSE RIGGAN; Rev.
J. D. CARTER officiating. The groom is Superintendent of a cigar factor in
Illinois, and the couple departed immediately for his home in that state.
