   INSPECTORS APPOINTED - GENERAL ELECTION of AUGUST 1839

At a Called Meeting of the Judge of the County Court of Mobile County, and Commissioners of Roads and Revenues, held at the Court House, on the 13th day of July , 1839, the following named persons were appointed Inspectors, to conduct the General Election on the first Monday of August next, to wit:

Court House:
George Walton, Robert B. Owen, Charles J. Mansony

Mississippi Hotel:
E. DeVendel, John W. Jeanerett, James F. McBride

West Ward Hotel:
John Pollard, David McCullough, Vance Johnston

Spring Hil:
Darling Collins, Daniel E. Hall, Benjamin McKinney, A. George, Returning officer

Alvarez's:
James L. Seaberry, Daniel Hartley, Powell Gartman, Alexander K King, Returning Officer,

Vaugn's:
Vincent Williams, Eli Moffit, M. J. Vaughn, E. Powell, Returning Officer

Wheeler's:
William Hamilton, Thomas R. Bolling, , Edward Lewis, John Turner, Returning Qfficer

Joseph Bozar' s:
John N. Gould, Lewia Gueringer, John McRae, Andrew Deakle, Returning Officer

T. George's:
James, Baird, JohnM. Williams, Lewis Noble, Claiborne George, Returning Officer

Lott's:
Jesse Lott, James Wilkinson, Mason Crawford, William Davis, Returning Officer

Mount Vernon:
John M. Robinson, James Beaty, Seymour Chastong, B. D. Simison, Returning Officer

The Poll at the Court House, Mississippi Hotel, West Ward Hotel, will be opened at 6 0' clock, A. M. and closed at 6 0' clock P. M. and at the other precincts in the County, the Polls will be opened at 9 0 'clock A. M. and closed at 4 'o"clock, P. M.
