ASHTON-WALLTHALL.
Two Popular Young People Married
at Wilsonville
W. J. Ashton, superintendent of the
mercantile department of the Indian Head mills of Alabama, at
Cordova, and Miss Natalie, the accomplished daughter of the sheriff of
Shelby county, Captain J. L. Wallthall, were married at the home of the
bride's father at Wilsonville last Wednesday night.
Mr. Ashton was
formerly connected with the Sloss Steel and Iron company as superintendent
of one of their stores in this city, but has been at Cordova for the last
eight months.
Many relatives and friends
of the bride and groom were at the train to extend congratulations
yesterday as they passed through the city en route to Cordova.
