Michael A. McKittrick
Memorial services for Michael A. McKittrick, 32, will be held Sunday at 4 p.m. at the First Congregational Church, 2610 E. Northern Lights Blvd., with the Rev. Young officiating. Mr. McKittrick died Nov. 12 at Providence Hospital.

Born Aug. 5, 1953 in Steamboat Springs, Colo., he grew up in western Colorado and worked in the construction industry since the age of 15. He enjoyed erecting metal buildings and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He and his wife, Jeanne, came to Wasilla in March 1984.

Besides his wife, he is survived by his mother and stepfather, Mr. and Mrs. Dick Wheeler of Mesa, Colo.; four sisters, Carol Martin of Gunnison, Colo., Janice Zobel of Collbran, Colo., Patti Lynn of Grand Junction, Colo., and Kathlynn Smith of Reno, Nev.; his son and daughter, Jacob and Sarah McKittrick of Houston, Texas; his stepson, Cody Carver of Nucla, Colo.; three nephews and one niece. Memorial contributions may be directed to Jeanne McKittrick, General Delivery, Wasilla, Alaska 99687.

Laura Marie Mommsen
Laura Marie Mommsen, 82, a Wasilla resident, died Oct. 12 at Humana HospitalAlaska. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the First Presbyterian Church of Wasilla with Dr. Joseph Bettridge officiating.

Mrs. Mommsen was born Jan. 1, 1906, in Moscow, Idaho, and had lived in Alaska the past 61 years. She was a member of the Pioneers of Alaska, the First Presbyterian Church of Wasilla and the Eastern Star.

She leaves her son, Richard, of Wasilla. Service arrangements were by Kehl's Palmer Memorial Chapel.

Steven E. Morehouse
Services for Steven Morehouse will be held at 2 p.m. today at Kehl's Palmer Mortuary. The Rev. Mark Bossner will officiate. Mr. Morehouse died Dec. 12, 1985, at Humana Hospital Alaska. He was 30.

Born April 26, 1955, in Mora, Minn., he came to Alaska 10 years ago. He had lived in Wasilla for the last seven years, where he was co-owner of S & G Masonry.

He is survived by four brothers, Rex of Wasilla, Harvey Jr. of Cedar, Minn., Lloyd of Connell, Wash. and Paul of Anoka, Minn.; four sisters, Bertha Mayer of Minneapolis, Hazel Miller of Ogilvie, Minn., Arlene Miller of Mora and Judy Johnson of Eagle River; a half-brother, James Morehouse of Coon Rapids, Minn. and a half-sister, Dorothy Luduc of Mankato, Minn.; 34 nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will also be held next week in Mr. Morehouse's hometown of Mora, with burial afterward at Graceland Cemetery in Ogilvie.
