14 - Whether deaf and dumb, blind, insane, idiotic, pauper, or convict.(omitted. Nothing in this column)

I transcribed this exactly as it appeared.
I'm thinking that the Mip means Mississippi and Seamstrep is seamstress.
Lines 18, 21, 22 could also be Dumus. (Hard to read writing)
