Admistrator's Notice

Notice is hereby given that in pursuannce to an order of the Arkansas County Chancery Court, Southern District, Probate Division, made on the 23rd day of March 1942, the undersigned will sell lands described as follows:
Lots 2, 3, 4, Block 74, Town of Gillett, Arkansas
Lots 1, 2, 3, Block 81, Town of Gillett, Arkansas
Lot 12, and WEswt Half of Lot 11, Block 99, Town of Gillett, Arkansas
Such sale will be held on the 25th day of April 1942, at the West Door of the Court House in the City of DeWitt, Arkansas. The above described lands shall be sold free of State and County taxes, and with all improvement district taxes paid to date. The terms of sale shall be on a credit of six months, secured by a good and sufficient bond, and the lands must bring two-thirds of their appraised value.
