Notice

Notice is herby given that on April 1, 1942, between the hours of 2o'clock PM and 6 o'clok PM the undivided one half interest in and to the herd of cattle belonging to the estate of Chs. C. Hesser, deceased, will be sold on the Barber, or Hesser farm in the Southern District of Arkansas County. Such undivided one half interest in and to such cattle must sell for at least two thirds of the appraised value thereof, and the sale will be held for the purpose of discharging the indebtedness of the estate. Terms of such sale shall be cash.
