KATLYNN
JANE KELLEY, four months, of Crossett died Friday, March
3, 2000, at the Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock. The infant
was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Bill King, Don
Amerson, Johnny Kelley and Martha Combs.
Survivors are her father, Jimmy Don Kelley, and her mother, Krystal
Graves, both of Crossett; a sister, Morgan Marie Kelley of Crossett;
her grandparents, Nancy Barnett of Crossett, Gary "Pee Pee" Graves of
Monticello, Telford and Patricia Norman of Hamburg, and Jimmy C. and
Janet Kelley of Fountain Hill; and her great-grandparents, Geneva King
and Edith Amerson.
Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Monday, March 6, in the Rolfe Chapel
Freewill Baptist Church with Revs. Carlton White and Charles Pullin
officiating. Pallbearers were Kelly Menendez, Todd Shaw, B J. King and
Heath King. Burial followed services at the Carlock Cemetery, directed
by Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg. --Ashley County Ledger,

NATCHEZ, MS--
MR.
MORRIS WYATT KERVIN, 73, of Natchez, MS, died Monday,
February 21, 2000, at his home in Natchez where he had lived for the
past four years. He was a native of Natchez and a former resident of
Parkdale, New Orleans, and Shreveport, LA. He was a Certified Public
Accountant, an U. S. Army veteran of World War II and a member of the
Parkdale Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, D. D.
and Velma Tisdale Kervin, and two brothers, Dale and Virgil E. Kervin.
Survivors are two brothers, Rex G. Kervin of Rayville, LA, and George
M. Kervin of Midlothian, TX; two sisters, Mary Virginia Looney of
Dallas, TX, and Jeannette Dickey of Natchez; and several nieces and
nephews.
Visitation will from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, February 22, at Jones Funeral
Home in Hamburg. Grave-side services are planned for 2 p.m. Wednesday,
February 23, at the Parkdale Cemetery with Rev. Harry Noble

CLEVELAND
KING, JR., 41, of Crossett died Saturday, January 29,
2000, at the Beverly Health Care of Crossett. A life-long resident of
Ashley County, he was a construction worker and member of the Davis
Memorial Church of God in Christ. He was preceded in death by his
father, Cleveland King, Sr.
Survivors are his mother, Johnnie Bell King of Crossett; four brothers,
Dewayne Franklin and Kenneth King of San Jose, CA, Wardell King of
Houston, TX, and Robert King of Crossett; and two sisters, Marsha
Miller of Pine Bluff and Magdalene King of Oak Ridge, LA.
Funeral services were at 11 a.m. Friday, February 4, in the Davis
Memorial Church of God in Christ with Bishop R. E. Matheney
officiating. Pallbearers were Ricky Matheney, Chuck Brown, Chris Duke,
Alonzo "Pete" Harris, Joe Monroe and Anthony Danzy. Burial followed
services at the Westview Cemetery, directed by Cromwell Funeral Home of
