Norman, OK--FOYE LEA HASTIE, 72, died Sat., Sep. 29, 1990 in Norman. Born to John and Minnie Threet in Boone County, AR, April 4, 1917. Mrs. Hastie moved to Norman in 1988. She was a resident of Rivermont Retirement Village. She was a member of the First Methodist Church of Sand Springs, OK. She is survived by son and daughter-in-law, John and Nita Hastie of Norman; son, Gerald and daughter-in-law, Juanita Hastie of Okla. City; sisters, Jennie Hahn of Blackwell, OK, Allie Kimble of Wichita, KS and Maxine Pierson of Minneapolis, MN; 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren . She is preceded in death by her husband, John. Private graveside services will be Mon. Oct. 1 at 2:00 p.m. Woodland Memorial Park Cemetery in Sand Springs, with the Rev. Dan Pulver officiating.
