WELCOME TO CLEBURNE COUNTY ARKANSAS Cleburne County was organized on February 20, 1883, the last of the Arkansas Counties to be formed. It was named for Confederate General Patrick R. Cleburne, hero of the Confederacy. The county seat is located at Heber Springs
