MACON, GA-- MERLENE GORMAN WAID, age 75 died Friday, February 13, 2004. Services are 1P.M. Monday, February 16, 2004, graveside in Moseley Family Cemetery on Griffin Road in Macon. -Born in Faulkner County, AR, she was a homemaker and widow of the late Gordon B. "Joe" Waid. She was a former resident of Lake Sinclair. -Survivors include children, Joe G. and Martha Waid and Charles W. and Debbie Waid; grandchildren, Joe G. Waid, II, Jamie and Jessie Waid, Janna and Amanda Waid, Jimmy and Kimberly Bagley and Melissa Godfrey; great-grandchildren, Dilan and Daniel. -The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M.
