WELCOME TO FULTON COUNTY ARKANSAS GENEALOGY TRAILS Home of Mammoth Spring State Park The county seat of Fulton County is Salem. The county was named for U. S. Senator William Fulton. The estimated population for 2004 was 11,909. The town of Mammoth Spring is home to one of the largest springs in the world. The spring produces about 865 million gallons of cold water each day and forms the Spring River. THIS COUNTY NEEDS A HOST!
