Darrell Morrow, 75, retired employee of Independent Tire Co., died
Thursday at Arkansas Methodist Hospital. Services will be at 2 p.m.
Sunday at Heath Funeral Home with burial in
Morrow Cemetery
. He was a member of Bethel Church of Christ. Morrow, the
husband of Lucy Morrow, also leaves five daughters, Ms. Geraldine
Morrow, Ms. Ruby Abbott, Ms. Jane Coleman and Ms. Alice Clark, all
of Paragould, and Ms. Deloris Abbott of Lonoke; a son, Ricky Morrow
of Paragould, 29 grandchildren an d 35
great-grandchildren.

Floyd O. Utley
PARAGOULD -
Floyd O. Utley, 82, retired employee of Arkansas Highway Department,
died Saturday at Arkansas Methodist Hospital. Services will be at
1:30 p.m. today at Mitchell Funeral Home with burial in Linwood
Cemetery. He was a member of United Pentecostal Church. Utley, the
husband of Nezzie Utley, also leaves two sons, Donald Lee Utley of
Benton and DeWayne Utley of Jonesboro; two stepdaughters, Mrs.
Louise Wilson of Forney, Texas, and Mrs. Lucille Austin of Memphis;
a stepson, Everett Lewis, and a sister, Mrs. Beulah Howard, both of
Paragould, several grandchildren and
great-grandchildren.

Ronnie Glen Garner, 33, employee of CBI Construction Co., died
Tuesday at Arkansas Methodist Hospital in Paragould. Services will
be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Mitchell Funeral Home with burial in

. Garner leaves a daughter, Ms.
Marlena Fay Garner; his parents, Glen and Lois Mae Garner; a sister,
Ms. Lois Jean Simpson, and three brothers, James Garner, John Garner
and Chris Garner, all of Paragould.

'Buck' Howerton
PARAGOULD -
Lamar W. 'Buck' Howerton, 78, retired merchant, died Tuesday at
Arkansas Methodist Hospital. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at
Paragould First United Methodist Church with burial in Waco (Texas)
Memorial Park. Heath Funeral Home has charge. He was a Methodist and
a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars and Travelers Protective
Association of America. Howerton leaves a daughter, Ms. Rita Ann
Harris of Houston; three sisters, Ms. Ruby Fields of Beebe, Ms. Rose
Bradsher of Paragould a nd Ms. Ann Foley of Mountain Home; two
brothers, Grady Howerton of Searcy and Rev. R. B. Howerton Jr. of
Memphis, and a grandson. The family requests any memorials be sent
to any United Methodist Church.

Basel Wayne Ryles, 60, meat market manager, died Monday at Arkansas
Methodist Hospital. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Heath
Funeral Home with burial in

. He was a member of Revival Center
United Pentecostal Church and an Army veteran. Ryles, the widower of
Marie Earl Ryles, leaves a daughter, Ms. Cheri Pieri, and his
father, Wesley D. Ryles, both of Paragould; a sister, Ms. Becky
Pratt of Detroit; a brother, Floyd Ryles of Paragould, and two
grandchildren. The family requests any memorials be sent to the
American Cancer Society or Revival Center Church Building
Fund.
