SLEPNIKOFF, VELVET RAY Velvet Ray Slepnikoff, six week old daughter of George and Ruth Slepnikoff, 903 Sixth Avenue, San Bruno, died Saturday at a San Mateo Hospital after an illness. Survivors include a brother, George, and three sisters, Candy, Sandy, and Tracy.
