Edith H Taws
Graveside services are scheduled Monday at 2 pm in the Colusa
Cemetery for Edith H Taws, 93, of Yuba City, who died April 6, 1989,
at Yuba City Care Center. A native of San Jose, she lived in Colusa
for many years and was a homemaker. She is survived by two
daughters, Alice Ponfret of Colusa and Leora Marr of Lodi; two sons,
Harold Taws and Gerald Taws both of Marysville, two sisters, Merle
Caborn of Oroville and Delpha Shaull of Auburn; a brother, John
Mathews of Oroville; 11 grandchildren, five great grandchildren and
two greta great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her
husband, Leo Taws. The Rev. Tom Tripp will officiate at the
services. Arrangements are under the direction of McNary-Moore
