Mary N. Shoblo, 74, of Englewood, formerly of Trinidad,
died Feb. 1, 1987.
She was born Oct. 7, 1912.
She is survived by her husband, Frank Shoblo; sons, Paul
Shablo, Phil Shablo,
and Al Shablo; daughters, Virginia Kingry, Beverly
Turmenne, and Gloria Ferraro;
a sister, Tilda Sanchez of Trinidad; 17 grandchildren
and 8 great-grandchildren.
Rosary recitation will be at 7 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 3 at
Drinkwine Mortuary, 999
West Littleton Blvd, Littleton. Mass of Christian burial
will be at 9:30 a.m.,
Wednesday, Febr. 4 at St. Mary's Catholic Church,
Littleton, with interment
following at Littleton Cemetery.

Obituary
Robert J. Spotswood
Denver. April 17.—Robert J. Spotswood, a Colorado
pioneer stage driver and ranchman, died at his home in
Littleton near here today. He was 71 years old. Death
was caused by bronchial trouble. He was lineal
descendant of Alexander Spotswood, Virginia's first
governor. He came to Colorado and became noted as an
express messenger and stage driver in the 50's, making a
trip from Atchison, Kan., to Denver in the record time
of six days. He was also a partner in the Colorado Stage
Company and drove stages between Denver, Colorado
Springs, Leadville, Canon City and other points.

RET. CMSGT (Pammo) (Retired Air Force Chief Master
Sergeant) (Pammo nickname) Passed away peacefully on
January 16, 2003, at the age of 81. Beloved husband of
Maxine, loving father of Patricia, devoted grandfather
of Alisha, and great-grandfather of Robert and Rachael.
Kenneth also leaves behind his sister, Edna and brother
Burton. Born on February 19, 1921 in Englewood,
Colorado. Served 30 years in the United States Air Force
as a Flight Engineer, retiring in 1969. Kenneth was a
hero to his family as well as to the Air Force. During a
transport flight his plane was hit by lightning and the
electrical system was disabled. Because of his calm
manner and quick, clear thinking he was able to
reassemble the electrical panel and save not only the
flight crew but the plane as well. he will be missed
greatly by all who knew him for his kind and giving
heart and FINE sense of humor. Kenneth lovingly joined
his beloved son, Michael in his journey to Heaven, who
passed away in 1999. Family will hold private service
this Thursday. Pammo, we will miss you!

California, March 21, 2003 Skiles, E. Burton Was a
native of Colorado, born on March 1, 1927, entered into
rest on March 16, 2003. Three sisters and two brothers
preceded him in death. He is survived by a sister, Edna
Huser of Sacramento, a daughter and her husband, Colleen
and Rod Lemburg, and three grandchildren, Kristie, Katie
and Daniel, all of Modesto. His early school years were
spent at Cherry Hills School in Colorado. His family
relocated to Arkansas, where he acquired a southern
accent and was affectionately nicknamed "Arkie." He
then moved to Southern California, where at the age of
16, was working at Lockheed in the evening and attending
school by day. He worked as a Draftsman and Planner on
the Neptune, C2, C141, 104, P80, and U-2, Constitution,
SR71, and Stealth Bomber. He entered the Air Force in
1943, served for two years, returning to Lockheed in
1945, where he retired after 39 years of dedicated
service. He has resided in the Sacramento area for the
past 15 years. He was a member of the Masonic order,
Eastern Star, and Shriners. Services are planned at
Glen Haven Memorial Park, Sylmar, CA, on Monday, March
24, 2003.

Steinfatt January 7, 1920 in Orland Park, Illinois.
Preceded in death by parents, 4 sisters, a brother
and 1 granddaughter. Mother of Margaret(Max) Bolen
of Co, Marion(Roger)White of Elk Grove, Valerie
Haines of Co and Alexander(Kathryn) Deak of
IL.,grandmother of 8, greatgrandmother of 14.
Ethel's busy life included Cub Scout leader,farm stand
business, floral arts school, and travel. After
retiring from Hartford Insurance Co she enjoyed art
and ceramic classes at Elk Grove Senior Center and
volunteering at Elk Grove Conv. Home. Friends are
welcome to Memorial Service at St. Andrew Lutheran
Church on July 25, 2009 at 11 AM. at 7833 Center
Pkwy, Sacramento, Ethel's home church for many years.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to St.
Andrews Church or Elk Grove Sr Ctr.
