THE THIRD MAN CAPTURED
ALL OF THE DELTA BANK ROBBERS WHERE THEY CAN DO NO HARM
F.J. Moody yesterday received a letter from his brother, G.W.
Moody, who owns a large ranch near Delta, Colorado, in which that gentleman
stated that Sheriff Garrardit of Delta county on Saturday captured the third and
last man of the gang which attempted to rob the bank at Delta last week.
The chase after this member of the gang has been very warm and participated in
by a large number of men. He was only captured after a stubborn resistance. The
others have been buried at Delta.
The third of the robbers is Tom McCarthy, Bill and Fred
having been killed at the time of the daring robbery. This effectually breaks up
