1882 Isaac O. Monroe, who went from this place about a year ago, has forwarded to his son a box of lemons raised on his farm in Orange City, Florida. One of the lemons measure 10 1/4 x 12 1/4 inches, and most of those in the box are nearly as large. These were raised on trees growing on the place when Mr. Monroe went there. He has set, this year, some 400 orange and lemon trees. November 9,

1927 George Rice of Orange City, Florida came Tuesday for an extended visit with his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. George Rice.
