Atlanta, GA.~ Joe Bult(Butt) a negro of Fannin County, today filed in the United States court the first suit
against the negro disfranchisement amendment of the state constitution. Bult(Butt) sues the registrars of Fannin
for $5.00 for refusing him registration and asserts the Georgia amendment is in violation of the federal
constitution.
