Lucy Virginia Ables

Lucy Virginia Ables, 71, died Feb. 7, 2004, in a local hospital. A native of Chatsworth, Ga., she retired from Brock Candy Co. after 30 years of service in Chattanooga, Tenn.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Coy Ables. She is survived by two daughters, Clara Benton and husband, Gale of Moyock and Gayle Tipton and husband, Ken of South Carolina.

A memorial service will be held Friday, Feb. 20, 2004, at Moyock United Methodist Church at 11 a.m. Altmeyer Funeral Home, Virginia Beach chapel, is handling arrangements.
