Morris S. "Andy" Anderson Morris S. "Andy" Anderson, a retired Marine Corps major and veteran of two wars, died Sunday. He was 56 and lived in Aston, Delaware County. Anderson enlisted in the Marine Corps as a private and served in both the Korean War and the Vietnam War. He retired in 1973 after 25 years of service. After his retirement, he went to work as a systems analyst for Cannonwill in Philadelphia. He originally was from Chatsworth, Ga. Anderson is survived by his wife, Suzanne Jacobs Anderson; two sons, M. Steve and Richard L.; his mother, Ann Anderson; and a sister, Joann Warmack. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the Chadwick Funeral Home, Athens Avenue at Simpson Road, Ardmore, where friends may call between 7 and 9 tomorrow night. Burial will be in Ss. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Sproul and Crum Creek roads, Marple Township, Delaware County. Source: Philadelphia Daily News (PA) - March 23, 1988
