Bessie G. Campbell

Bessie G. Campbell, 94, of Oklahoma City, OK passed away Thursday, Sept. 24, 1998. 

She was born October 15, 1903 in Ramhurst, Georgia to Alexander and Emma Quarles (Smith) Swank. 

She moved to Oklahoma in 1910, where she later married George Campbell in 1941. She worked as a home demonstrator for OG&E for many years and was a member of the First Southern Baptist Church of Oklahoma City. 

She is survived by her nephew, Dr. Robert Hayes of Atoka and two nieces, Janice Mills of Arlington, Tx. and Darla D. Smith, Carrolton, Tx. and several great and great great nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband George, one sister, Jenette Hayes and brother, DeIphin C. Smith. 

Graveside services are scheduled for 10:00am, Sat., Sept. 26, 1998 at Memorial Park Cemetery.
