LENNIE EDITH GISLER

JUN 4, 1919 -- FEB. 8, 2008

Lennie was born in Murray County, Georgia. She entered into rest in Modesto, California. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, and most of all, she loved her grandchildren and family.

When Lennie was younger, she milked cows. She opened her home to raise a lot of other children and made a big difference in many lives. She worked at Gallo Winery for 30 years.

Lennie is survived by her daughter, Gail Myra Gisler Dreiling, her son-in-law, Kimball Dreiling, her son, Randy Leo Gisler, her daughter-in-law, Dee Gisler, her brother, Marvin Ford, a brother- in-law, Carl Gisler Sr., six grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.

Lennie is preceded in death by her husband, Leo John Gisler.

Visitation will be Wed., Feb. 13, 2008 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. Service will be Thurs., Feb. 14, 2008 at 10:00 AM, both to be held at Lakewood Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Lakewood Memorial Park.
