Ruby Jeffers-Hill Goins

Ruby Jeffers-Hill Goins, age 56 of Caryville, TN, passed away Monday, September 13, 1999 at LaFollette Medical Center. 

Ruby was a homemaker and worked for a blue jean sewing manufacturing company. 

Preceded in death by parents, Audie Feasure Jeffers and Rose Phillips. 

Survived by husband, Claude R. Goins, Carryville; 5 children, Linda Norman and husband Steve of Oneida, Eddie Dean Hill of Chatsworth, GA, James Roy Hill and wife Kathy of Chatsworth, GA, Shonna Tackett and husband James of LaFollette, and Brandon Scott Goins of LaFollette; 7 brothers, Ray Jeffers, Virgil Jeffers, Gaylon Jeffers, Johnny Jeffers of Chatsworth, GA, Estle Jeffers of Clinton, Cecil Jeffers of Oneida, Roy Lee Jeffers of Florida; 3 sisters, Sandra Jean Loveday of LaFollette, Ruth Lawson of Oneida, Betty Sexton of Oneida; 3 grandchildren, Krista and Josh Norman of Oneida, and Ashley Patricia Goins of LaFollette. 

Funeral service 2:00 p.m. Thursday, September 16, 1999 at the Annointed Church of the Living God in Helenwood, Tennessee. Burial will take place at Hill Cemetery. Family will receive friends 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, September 16, 1999 from 12 to 2 p.m. at the church. Roach Mortuary in charge.
