Harry Lewis (Joe) Hall

Harry Lewis (Joe) Hall, 69 of Chatsworth, Ga. died Tuesday, June 3 at Hamilton Medical Center in Dalton, Ga.

He was born January 13,1934 in Hartsville, Tenn., the son of the late Alvin Clay and Bessie Ann Hall. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force, having served during the Korean war.

Mr. Hall was employed with the Tennessee State Forest Service in Sparta, Tenn. and Huntsville Alabama Hospital Dialysis Unit.

He is survived by his loving wife Barbara Demps Hall; son and daughter-in-law, Morris and Susan Hall of Florence; daughter and son-in-law, Pamela and Bill Napier of Chatsworth, Ga.; brothers, John Hall of Goodlettsville, Tenn., and Paul Hall of Chapmansboro, Tenn.; sister and brother-in-law, Polly and Gene Hoffman of Goodlettsville, Tenn. and seven grandchildren.

Funeral services were conducted Friday, June 6th at 10 a.m. from the chapel of Jones Funeral home of Chatsworth, Ga. with Dr. Alan Price officiating. Cremation followed. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to First Baptist Church of Chatsworth, 121 W. Market Street, Chatsworth, GA 30705 or Cherry Creek Baptist Church, 337 Clarence Gillen Road, Sparta, TN 39583.

Jones Funeral Home of Chatsworth was in charge of arrangements.
