Adrian Presley, 85, of St. Petersburg, died Tuesday (May 10, 2005) at Kindred Hospital Bay Area-St. Petersburg. 

He came here in 1942 from his native Chatsworth, Ga. He retired after 32 years as an accounting clerk for the U.S. Postal Service and was the owner of a local wholesale nursery for many years. He was an Army Air Forces veteran of World War II. He was a member of Allendale United Methodist Church and Methodist Men. 

Survivors include three daughters, Adrienne Presley, Tampa, Diane Barrineau, Ocala, and Debra Cobb, Largo; two sisters, Sarah Cashin, Jasper, Ga., and Pat Harrington, Duluth, Ga.; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
