Accidents in Ada County, Idaho
Serious Accident
A little son of Mr. Addington,
about five years of age, met with an accident on Thursday, by
which he came near losing his life. An ox team with two wagons
hitched behind it, was standing in front of the Stage House, and
the little fellow at play climbed upon the hindmost one, when
the team started, and rolled the fore wheel across his legs,
breaking one in two places above the knee, and fracturing the
other above the ankle. Dr. Himrod was close at hand, and had
the broken limb adjusted and bandaged immediately.

Kuna Man Loses Limb
Leg Amputated After Highway Wreck Six Weeks Ago
NAMPA -- Peter
Jenosheck of Kuna was resting well Wednesday following amputation of
one of his legs at a local hospital. Quick recovery is looked for,
according to Dr. G. R. Proctor. Mr. Jenosheck was seriously injured
about six weeks ago in a collision on the highway near Kuna.
He was driving a
motorcycle and his wife was riding in a sidecar when an automobile,
approaching from behind, crashed into them. Mrs. Jenosheck was shaken
up but not seriously injured. The automobile sped on without stopping
and no trace of the driver has been found.
