Myer, charging cruelty and non-support. Plaintiff asks custody of a
minor child.

The case of Edna B. Piper vs. Ira T. Piper for
divorce, charging cruelty, was taken under advisement by Judge Givens.
According to the complaint, the defendant accused the wife of being a
cigarette fiend and of associating with strange men.
