| Mitchell Appeals from Judgment E. V. Boughton, attorney for George E. Mitchell, filed notice of appeal in district court Monday from the judgment given by District Judge Gillis D. Hodge, in which he awarded the county $302.80, with interest, in a suit brought to recover funds paid to Mitchell for burial of county dead while he was county coroner. The claims against the county were held illegal by Judge Hodge on the grounds that a county official can not collect for services outside of his regular office.
