WALKER, STEPHEN SMITH
FORMER RESIDENT OF THIS CITY DIES IN IDAHO
Tuesday night, December 24, 1912, at his home in Woodville, Idaho,
Stephen S. Walker passed to his reward. The deceased was for many years
a resident of Cedar City but for the last ten years has resided in
Idaho. He was born in England but came to this country when quite young
and the greater part of his life was spent in this city, where he has
many relatives and numerous friends.
Mr. Walker was past 61 years of age. The cause of death was pneumonia,
from which he had suffered but a short time. He leaves eight children,
all grown, and eight brothers and six sisters, most of whom reside in
this city.
The sympathy of the community goes out to his loved ones in this the hour of their bereavement.
