Marshal's Sale

UNITED STATES CIRCUIT COURT. - EXECUTION NO. 796.
From the United States Circuit Court for the Southern Dist. of Ill., in favor of Samuel Basset, and against Conrad Henry Neighaus, I have levied upon the following property, to wit: Upon all defendant's right, title and interest in the north fifty-three acres of the north-west quarter of section twenty six, in township one south, range nine west of the fourth principal meridian, in Adams county, state of Illinois;  which I shall expose to public sale on the 26th day of May, at the court house door in the city of Springfield, to the highest and best bidder, for ready money.
Sale to commence between the hours of nine (9) o'clock A. M. and sunset of said day.

UNITED STATES CIRCUIT COURT - EXECUTION NO. 797.
From the United States Circuit Court for the Southern District of Illinois, in favor of Samuel Basset, and against Antone Shulta, I have levied upon the following property, to wit: All defendant's right, title and interest in the following place of ground, in Adams County, state of Illinois: Beginning at a point in east line of north-west quarter of section twenty-six, township one south, range nine west, ten rods north of the south-east corner of said quarter; thence
north 46 ? rods; thence west 80 rods: thence south 34 2/4 rods; thence west 80 rods; thence south 12 rods; thence east 160 rods to the place of beginning; which I shall expose to public sale on the 26th day of May, at the court house door in the city of Springfield, to the highest and best bidder, for ready money.

Sale to commence between the hours of nine (9) o'clock, A. M. and sunset of said day.

From the United States Circuit Court for the Southern District of Illinois, in favor of Samuel Bassett, and against Bernard Fence, I have levied upon the following property, to wit: The west half of north-east quarter of south-west quarter of section twenty-six, township one south, range nine west, in Adams county, state of Illinois: also,
all Bercard Fence's interest, right and title in a piece of land in Adams County, Illinois, described as follows; Beginning at a point 53 ? rods south of north-east corner of north-west quarter of section twenty-six, township one south, range nine west; thence west eighty rods, south twenty rods, east eighty rods, north twenty rods, to the place of beginning;
which I shall expose to public sale on the 26th day of May, instant, at the court house door in the ci ty of Springfield, to the highest and best bidder, for ready money.

Sale to commence between the hours of nine (9) o'clock A.M. and sunset of said day.
