Transportation Company 1244th (LMT) at summer camp in Camp Ripley, Minn. The soldier between the tanks is thought to be Edward Klein. Officers included: Cpt. Clifton Swafford, SGM L. L. Walker, 1SG D. E. Fisher. Other members of the unit were: Fred Newell, Ray Matheny and Bobby Goins.
