A view taken on the Golf Grounds of the Glengary Country Club, one of the finest courses in Northwestern Illinois.
The Club house cannot be seen, but it is the last word in club houses, with its fire place, its baths and showers and rustic chairs and porches.

Another view of the Glengary Club Golf Course, with the winding stream running through it just northwest of the club house.

Sentinel Rock, a challenge to all comers /////// Blarney Castle, an interesting formation

A view of the Concrete Bridge(left) in City Park , showing Point Rock at the right,
after which the park is named, “ Point Rock Park .”

On the right -- Wild Cat Rock, where a vein of ore crops out and stains the rocks

Caroline Mark Home for Aged Ladies, of Jo Daviess, Stephenson, Winnebago,
Ogle, Lee, Whiteside, and Carroll Counties , the gift of the late Mrs. Caroline Mark,
through three Trustees. It is a beautiful structure, and is always filled with residents who find it a real home.
The gift and endowment were well along toward a million dollars.
