PROCEEDINGS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
We the School board of directors of District No. 3. Township 24, range 4, east of the 4th p.m.
met in Pleasant Hill School house in said District on the 4th day of March 1897, for the purpose
of hiring a teacher for the summer term and did agree to employ Grace sager of Mt. carroll as
teacher at the rate of $22.00 per month, for a term of two months.

met in Pleasant Hill School house in said District on the 15th day of June 1897, for the
purpose of hiring a teacher for the winter term, and did agree to employ Gertrude J. Smith of
said district as teacher at the rate of $28.00 per month for a term of 4 months.

The voters of district no. 3 township 24, range 4 met at Pleasant Hill schoolhouse on April 15,
1899 to put in one director to fill the place of Allan Nickels whose term has expired and put in
George A. Wolfley for the term of 3 years.
We the School board of directors of District No. 3. Township 24, range 4, east of the 4th p.m.
met in Pleasant Hill School house in said District, met at the home of John Smith and on
Saturday April 22, 1899 and pointed Georg Getz President and George A Wolfley clerk.
We the School board of directors of District No. 3. Township 24, range 4, east of the 4th p.m.
met in Pleasant Hill School house in said District and levy tax at 175 dollars.
The voters of directors of District No. 3. Township 24, range 4, east of the 4th p.m. met in
Pleasant Hill School house in said District met at the Plesant Hill school house on April 21,
1900 to elect one director to fill the place of Geo. Getz whose time has expired and put in Geo.
Fulrath for the term of 3 years.

met in Pleasant Hill School house in said District met at Geo. H. Fulrath house in said district
on the 30th day of July 1900 for the purpose of hiring a teacher for the winter term and did
agreet to employ Mac Sellers of savanna as teacher at the rate of $30 per month for a term of 5
months commencing Oct. 1st.

3 to hire a teacher for the term of 3 months and contracted with Gertrude Smith at 22 per month
commencing the 14th of Feb. 1902
