Administratrix’s Notice

Estate of GILDER HUKILL, deceased. The undersigned, having been appointed Administratrix of the estate of GILDER HUKILL, late of County of Clark and State of Illinois, deceased, hereby gives notice that she will appear before the County Court of Clark County, at the court house in Marshall at the February term, on the first Monday in February next, at which time all persons having claims against said estate are notified and requested to attend for the purpose of having the same adjusted. All persons indebted to said estate are required to make immediate payment to the undersigned. Dated this 19th day of November, A. D. 1808, ARAMINTA HUKILL, Administratrix. William Hukill and Araminta Hukill vs John Hukill, et. Al.

Affidavit of non-residence of the defendants, John Hukill and Charles Hukill, impleaded with the above defendants, Sophia Snedeker, Delia Clapp, Iona Lovell, Carrie Mapes and Blanche Pope, having been filed in the Clerk’s office of the Circuit Court of said County, notice is therefore hereby given to the said non-resident defendants that the complainant filed their bill of complaint in said Court, on the Chancery side thereof, on the 15th day of November, 1898, and that thereupon a summons issued out of said Court, returnable on 6th day of the month of March next, as is by law required; which cause is now pending and undetermined in said Court.     J.
