The Last Will and Testament of Araminta Hukill of the town of Marshall in the County of Clark and State of Illinois made and published the 18th day of November in the year of our Lord, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Four. In the name of God, Amen, I Araminta Hukill of the town of Marshall in the County of Clark and State of Illinois of the age of seventy-seven years, and being of sound mind and memory, do hereby make, publish, and declare this, my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, in manner following, that is to say:

FIRST- It is my will that my funeral expenses and all my debts be fully paid.

SECOND- I give and bequeath to Eliza Hukill, daughter of my son William Hukill, and my granddaughter; all my property of whatsoever nature in kind to her fee simple.

LASTLY-I hereby nominate and appoint my some William Hukill to be the Executor of this, my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT hereby revoking all former wills by me made. In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal the 18th day of November in the year of our Lord, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Four. (She made an X with the word mark under it)

The above instrument consisting of two sheets, was now here subscribed by Araminta Hukill the Testatrix in the presence of each of us, and was at the same time declared by her to be her LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, and we, at her request, sign our names hereby in our presence as Attesting Witnesses: T. J. Golden, W. B. Scholfield, Fenton W. Booth all of Marshall, Ill.

The County Records, dated November 7, 1900, Transfer of Real Estate, warranted deeds: Araminta Hukell to William E. Hukell lots 15 and 24, Vandalia Park, $500.00.

Newspaper clipping, under Big Real Estate Deals Made, dated January 29, 1920: Warren and Charles Hukill sold 80 acres to Mary O’Rourke for $8,000.00. Sale was made by J. A. Sweet, Real Estate agent.

The Last Will And Testament
Jacob M. Cline
of the town of Orange in the County of clark and State of Illinois made and published the 4th day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand and nine hundred and ten.

In the name of the God Amen, I Jacob M. Cline of the town of Orange in the County of Clark and State of Illinois of the age of 53 years and being of sound mind and memory, do hereby make publish, and declare this my Last Will and Testament, in manner following, that is to say;

First- It is my will that my funeral expenses and all my just debts be fully paid.
Second- I give and devise to my beloved wife Sarah Cline for and during her natural life time all my property real, personal and mixed. It is my will that my funeral expenses and debts shall be paid out of my personal property and life insurance, and in the event that said personal property, and life insurance is not sufficient to pay same, then it is my will that my said wife may sell enough of real estate to finish paying said debts, but to not sell any more of my real estate then may be necessary to finish paying said debts, and I have by empower my said wife to sell said rel estate for said above purpose either at public or private sale, without the intervention of any court.
Third- After the death of my said wife, I devise all of my property, to my heirs at law.
Fourth- It is my will that no partition or division of my property shall take place during the life time of my said wife.
Lastly- I hereby nominate and appoint my wife Sarah Cline to be the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
In Witness where of I have hereunto set my hand and seal the 4th day of August in the year of our Lord One thousand Nine Hundred and Ten.

The above instrument, consisting of one sheet, was now have subscribed by Jacob M. Cline the Testator in the presence of each of us, and was at the same time declared by him to be his Last Will and Testament, and we, at his request signed names and hereto in his presence as Attesting witnesses.
