A 28-year-old Farina man has died in a single vehicle accident in Fayette County. State Police say Kelly Whitehead ran off Fayette County Road 18-75 East five miles northwest of St. Peter after losing control in the loose gravel. He was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the vehicle. State Police say the wreck apparently occurred early yesterday morning, but was not discovered until 11:16 yesterday morning. F. J. Bussard, for the past five years agent for the Vandalia railroad at Plymouth, has been named as agent for the company to succeed Isaac Zent, recently named postmaster there.

Mrs. J. Zent and daughter Mae, who came here last fall to make an extended visit with Postmaster I. M. Zent, the former's son, will return to Vandalia, Ill., within a few days.
