P. 439 to be levied, to the use of the State, void on condition that the Defendant
shall make his personal appearance in court, at court to be held at the town of Sparta,
on the third Monday of July next, on the 4th day of the term, then and there to answer
the State on the above charge, and attend from day to day, and not depart without leave.

This day came as well the Solicitor General, as the Defendant into open court in proper
persons, and the Defendant being arraigned and charged upon the bill of Indictment,
pleaded Guilty thereto and for his trial put himself upon the grace and mercy of the
court. It is therefore considered by the court that the Defendant for such his offence
make his fine by the payment of the sum of one dollars, and that the State of Tennessee
recover against the Defendant, all costs expended about the prosecution of this cause.

This day came the parties by their attornies and thereupon came a Jury of good and
lawful men towit: Jonathan T. Bradley, John Smith, John Walker, John B. Garrett,
John Brown, John Shirley, Richard Harris, Shadrack Mooneyham, John Dorton, Jonas Turner,
Thomas Duncan, and William White, who being elected tried and sworn the truth to speak
upon the premises, upon their oaths do say that the Defendant doth owe unto the plaintiffs
the sum of Sixty two dollars the debt in the proceedings before the Justice in thsi cause
mentioned, together with the sum of four dollars and sixty six cents damages occasioned
by reason of the detention thereof. It is therefore considered by the court that the
plaintiffs recover against the defendant the sum of Sixty two dollars debt, also the
further sum of four dollars and sixty six cents, the damages occasioned by the detention
thereof, in manner and form aforesaid, also.

1883: Partition: William THRELKELD died intestate in Franklin Co, IL, leaving
his wife, Mary THRELKELD, and the following children: Sarah J. PHIPPS, Isaac,
Daniel, Charles Dudley, and Henry C. THRELKELD, and Fannie MOONEYHAM, who are
his heirs and only heirs at law. That he died seized of land in T.6s R.2e & 3e.
The widow is entitled to a 1/3 dower interest.
