County on 15 Dec. 1861, leaving his wife, Nancy MADDOX, and the following 
children: John B., Richard, Henry, Minerva, Ellen and Louisa MADDOX, Martha 
MOORE, Nancy WEBB (wife of Simeon G. WEBB), Emeline WEBB (wife of William N. 
WEBB), and Elizabeth WEBB (wife of Samuel S. WEBB) who are his heirs and only 
heirs at law. George L. HALL was appointed guardian for ellen and Louisa, minor 
heirs. That Richard died seized of land in Sec. 20, 21 T.5S  R.4E  and Sec.  21

Testament of Albert ODLE, Sr., deceased.
That the said deceased departed this life at his residence near West
Frankfort, on or about the 19th day of January A.D. 1920, and also that said
Albert ODLE, Sr., at the time of his death, resided at near West Frankfort
in the County of Franklin and State of Illinois.
Your Petitioner further represents that the said Albert ODLE, Sr., left, at
the time of his death no widow and the following named heirs-at-law,

administrator petitions the court for permission to sell Land Warrant #
35372, issued on 3 January 1852 in the name of William WARD's minor heirs.
