Wynonia Lowery

Wynonia "Nonie" Lowery, 65, of Shawneetown, IL. died at her home on Sunday, July 30, 2006.

She was a retired nurse and a member of Mt. Zion Church, Cave In Rock.

Survivors include her husband, Con Howard, Shawneetown; mother, Marie Lowery, Eldorado; sons, Fred (Tammy) Feazel, Rosiclare and David (Diane) Feazel, Cave In Rock; a daughter, Debby (Mark) Sanders, Shawneetown; sisters, Lela Estes, Dekovan, KY, and Alice (Charlie) Belt, Sturgis, KY; brothers, Ralph Lowery, Shawneetown, and Jim (Susan) Lowery, Cave In Rock; 11 grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Roy C. Lowery and two brothers, Roy Lowery and Bud Lowery.

Services were held Wednesday, August 2 at Cox and Son Funeral Home, Shawneetown, officiated by Rev. Cliff Rose and Rev. Buddy Hubbard.  Burial was in Hogan Cemetery, Shawneetown.
