Marlene
D. Stout, 64, of Aurora, passed away
Wednesday, January 30, 2002, at her home.
She
was born April 24, 1937, in Karbers Ridge,
Illinois.
Marlene
always had an open door policy for any friend
or family who was in need for a meal or a roof
over their head.
She
enjoyed arts and crafts, especially crocheting
and needlepoint.
Survivors
include her mother, Wanda Weatherington of
Montgomery, children Weldon D. (Ruth) Smith of
Montgomery, Pamela J. (John) Brown of Aurora,
Wendy L. (Tim) Waddell of Spring Valley, IL,
Jeffrey R. (Audra) Stout of Aurora and Eric R.
Stout of Aurora; her siblings Charlene Embry
of Greensburg, KY, Thomas (Sandra) Collins of
Westchester, IL, Ronald (Debbie) Weatherington
of Aurora, Sharon Olson of Somonauk, IL,
Sheila (Chris) Mitchell of Earlville, IL,
Claud Virgil Tanner, George Richard Tanner,
Mary Jane Drotts, Carlene Tanner-Smith and
Margie Ruth Carter.
She is
also survived by grandchildren Tina Louise
Homes of MI, James R. Corbin of DeKalb,
Timothy Allen Homes of MI, Jacob R. Stout,
David W. Brown and Anthony R. Stout, all of
Aurora.
Marlene
was preceded in death by her husband, Jackie
R. Stout in 2001 and her father, George
Tanner.
Funeral
services will be held on Saturday, February 2,
2002, at 4 PM from The Healy Chapel, 332 W.
Downer Place, Aurora.
Visitation
will be on Saturday from 1PM until the service
time.
