**UPDATE**
Chester Taylor was married to Opal Gaskill she died in 1966.  I remember visiting them in Mt. Vernon as a little girl, and then visiting with his widow in Mt. Vernon in the 1950's, perhaps later.
I recall his selling popcorn from his machine at special events and at the fairgrounds in Mt. Vernon.  According to West Salem Cemetery information, Chester W. Taylor was born 1891 and died 1940.
Chester had three sisters, Rose Hensley and Elizabeth Weatherford who lived in Mt. Vernon, and my grandmother, Minnie Anthis who lived in Harrisburg.    Minnie died in 1958 and is buried at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Pope County.

on the back reads Charley Simmons Teacher, Divide School.
But the envelope that it was in on the outside of it reads, White Oak School Children Taken in front of the Methodist Church School 1914 Divide, Il. So I'm not sure if this is the same school or not. I would  like to hear from anyone that might know who any of these children are.
