	     Yearly Dues are:      
           Single - $18.00
           Couple - $25.00

           Members receive a quarterly newsletter which features news about the society, 
           upcomoming events, and articles about the past.

           The library is open by appointment only and the focus is history not genealogy.

           Quarterly meetings are held on the second Tuesday in March, June. September and December.
           The public is welcome to attend.

           Tours are available year round by contacting the office to schedule.

           Open from the first weekend in May to the last weekend in October.

           HOURS:
           Saturday: 10 - 4
           Sunday: 1 - 4 
           Closed Weekdays 
           Closed November through April

           Admission is free but donations are greatfully accepted to help with operating expenses.
           The village is maintained by all volunteer help.

           Docents are on the premises to offer help and answer questions. 

           There is a library with many books of interest to folks (by appt. only)  
         
           Files concerning Jefferson County history and books detailing the one room schools 
           of the county.
          
           The museum has rotating exhibits that depict furniture, lifestyle, clothing, etc. 
           of the past.

           Also exhibits that depict the history of businesses in the county. These rotate 
           on a schedule. 

           The village offers 2 furnished cabins, a one room school house, small log church, 
           printing press, general store, blacksmith shop, medical building, calaboose, windmill 
           and farm machinery.
