Oleta Page Blozis

Oleta Page Blozis, 93, of Mt. Vernon died 3:25 p.m. March 5, 2003. 
She worked as a waitress for several years at area restaurants. 

Mrs. Blozis was born May 14, 1909, in Ina to William L. and Ora Mae (Farmer) Roberson. 
She married O.C. Page July 18, 1949; he died March 6, 1980. On Aug. 22, 1986, she married 
William J. Blozis; he died Feb. 10 1991. 

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday at Johnston Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon. The Rev. 
Ed Sprinkle will officiate. Burial will be at Bethel Memorial Cemetery in Mt. Vernon. 
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Johnston Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon. 

Mrs. Blozis is survived by one son, Michael Page of Mt. Vernon; four step-daughters, Gail Bonham, 
Patty Brady, and Nancy Rush, all of California, and Dolores Lucas of Mt. Vernon; nine grandchildren; 
three great-grandchildren; 13 nieces and nephews; 27 great-nieces and nephews; 37 great-great-nieces 
and nephews; two sisters, Wanda Lee Young of De Soto, MO., and Willivene Meador Shelton of 
Mt. Vernon; and a brother, Bill Roberson of Mt. Vernon. 
She attended the Faith Church of the Nazarene. 

Mrs. Blozis was preceded in death by her parents; husbands; four sisters, Veneta Roberson, 
Ella Fae Roberson, Greta Witzel and Mary Bradford; a brother, William Frost Roberson; three 
brother-in-laws, Floyd Bradford, Charles Meador and Charles Witzel; and a special sister-in-law, 
Helen Roberson. 

Johnston Funeral Home is assisting the family with funeral arrangements
