Danny Lee Fields May 28, 2006 

Danny Lee Fields, 55, of Hastings, New York, died May 28, 2006, in Mount Vernon, Illinois. 
He had been a member of the VFW in Amarillo, TX. He was a Vietnam veteran serving in the 
U.S. Navy and the U.S. Army. 

Graveside services were held at Smith Veteran's Cemetery in Jefferson County, Illinois, with 
full military honors on June 2. 

Mr. Fields is survived by his wife, Lynn Ann Fields of Hastings; his mother, Joyce Fields of 
Amarillo, TX; three daughters, Micki (Jim) Patton of O'Fallon, IL, Dani-Lee Fields of Mount 
Vernon, IL, and Amanda Poormon of Hastings; three sons, Harold (Shelly) Fields of Liverpool, 
Greg (Sheena) Fields of O'Fallon, IL, and Eric (Jennifer) Caruth of Liverpool; and three 
sisters, Rita (Gary) Hamby, Ruby (Sam) Maher and Shawna (JB) Upshaw, all of Amarillo, TX; 12 
grandchildren; a great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death 
by his father, William Fields, and a grandson, Eric Bailey Clark. 

Family and friends will gather at Plank Road Park in Cicero, NY, on Saturday, July 15. Call
