James Page
James PAGE, 77, Nason died
4:25 a.m. April 18, 1989,
at his home. He was an
employee of Fisher Body Company.
Mr. Page was born in Spring
Garden, a son of Oscar and Barbara
(Taylor) Page. August 31, 1935
in Jefferson County, he married
Jennie McGovern, who survives.
Services will be 2:30 p.m.
Thursday at Johnston Funeral Home in
Ina with the Rev. Jesse Allen
officiating. Burial will follow in
Abner Cemetery in Nason.
Friends may call after 5 p.m. Wednesday
at the funeral home.
In addition to his wife, Mr.
Page is survived by three sons,
James S. Page of Nason, Ronald
D. Page of Crete and Kevin G. Page
of Ina; five daughters, Clara
L. Shevokas of Monee, Loretta Knaack
and Lillian Knaack both of
Crete, Martha Myers of Wonder Lake and
Marjorie Miracle of Verea, KY.;
23 grandchildren; and three sisters,
Sula Kash of Ina, Ollie Conner
of Sesser and Frances Martin of Benton.
Mr. Page attended Nason
Freewill Baptist Church.
He was preceeded in death by
his parents, two daughters and one sister.
