According to what I can find on Rootsweb / World Connect they were the daughters of John Robert and Minnie Jane (Warner) Weigel. According to researcher Robert Deter, Alice was born about 1903 in Frankford Twp. Cumberland Co PA. Roxy Marie was born about 1904 in Freeport, Stephenson County IL. Alice married Maurice F. Smith about 1925 in Stephenson County and has two daughters - June and Patricia. There was no further information on Roxy. From what I can see the family was in Stephenson, can't say why this photo has Stockton IL on it. My attempt to reach Robert Deter failed - bad email. I found this photo on Ebay May 16, 2006.
