Another Obit
EMILY SUSAN (ATCHISON) INMAN
who was 67 years old the 25th of last September died last night at 10:45 p.m. at her home after a long illness. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Stockston Methodist Episcopal Church Rev. B.C. Holloway officiating. Interment will be in Ladies Union cemetery. Surviving are two sons Harry and Roscoe and a daughter Mrs. Nella Carpenter all of Stockton; three brothers and two sisters, Henry Atchison, Kansas; Grant Atchison Hampton IA; Oscar Atchison of Stockton; Mrs. Edward Vanderheyden of Stockton and Mrs. Mary Graham Los Angeles.

Mrs Emily Inman, 67, a highly respected resident of Stockton, died Monday night at her home on south Hudson street after years of intense suffering during which time she had been cared for by her daughter, Mrs. Clyde Carpenter. Mrs. Inman, nee Emily Atchison, was born in Stockton township on September 25, 1870, and following her marriage to Gilbert W. Inman, a railroad man, lived in Elizabeth, Hanover and Oneida and Peosta, Iowa. Her husband died nine years ago--May 21, 1929. There were six children: Harry, Roscoe and Nilla (Mrs. Carpenter) of Stockton, all living, and three who have passed away, including Mrs. Earl Green of Galena, Hazel and Oscar. There were seven brothers and sisters: Grant Atchison of Hampton, Iowa; Mrs. Ed Vanderheyden of Stockton; Oscar Atchison, Galena; Mrs. Mary Jane Graham of Corona, Cal., and Henry Atchison of Kirwin, Kansas survive, and Jefferson and Marcus are deceased. Services are being held this afternoon at the Methodist Church, Rev. B.C. Holloway, officiating."
