Faye Stewart

Faye L. (JACO) Stewart, age 85 years, a resident of Brownsburg, Indiana and a native of the Reevesville community in Johnson County, IL. Passed away Friday morning, August 27, 2004 in Danville, Indiana.

She was born January 14, 1919 in Reevesville, IL, the daughter of Will Jaco & Emma (Helm) Jaco.

Faye was united in marriage to Walter E. Stewart. Together, they enjoyed over 56 years of marriage.

In addition to her husband, Faye is survived by: 2 Sons – James & Pat Ashby and Joe & Debbie Ashby; A Stepdaughter – Marjorie & Richard Cullen; 2Stepsons – Phil & Linda Stewart and Pete & Donna Stewart; 2 Sisters – Bonnie Johnson & Ella Norris; a Brother – John Jaco; 15 Grandchildren & 20 Great Grandchildren.

In addition to her Parents, Faye was preceded in death by a Daughter – Dolores Jones and a Sister – Tennie Hutchison
Faye was a homemaker. She loved her family and had a passion for quilting.


Funeral services will be held Monday morning, August 30, 2004, at 10 AM at Bailey Funeral Home in Vienna. Interment will be in the Vienna Fraternal Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4 PM – 8 PM Saturday, August 28, 2004 at Conkle Funeral Home, Hendricks County Chapel, Avon, Indiana and from 4 PM – 8 PM Sunday, August 29, 2004 at Bailey Funeral Home in Vienna.
